SEMI-ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING
Our Semi-Annual Church Business Meeting will follow our worship service on Sunday, September 10. At this meeting we will review our finances for the first half of this fiscal year. We will also consider increasing the Senior Pastor’s compensation package to help provide health insurance. WOMEN’S PRECEPT STUDY
Our fall semester women’s Precept Bible Study begins on Monday, August 28, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. We will be studying the Kings and the Prophets of Israel! Please contact Cynthia (801-918-6495) or Heather (801-971-9361) for information.
ADULT HOME FELLOWSHIP
Our adult home fellowship will resume Wednesday, Sept. 13 from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Evertsen home (3271 S. Eskesen Dr. in WVC). We will be studying the Proverbs. All are welcome!
MEN’S BIBLE STUDY
Join us for our Men’s Bible Study every Saturday at 7 a.m. at the church.
SHARE JESUS WITHOUT FEAR!
Join us for a pot-luck dinner and Bible study at the Henderson home (2598 W. 5820 S.) beginning Sunday, August 27 from 5:00-7:30 p.m. In this four-week study you will learn how to share your faith more effectively and naturally. Dinner will be a “true potluck.” What you bring, we eat! The study will be casual and non-intimidating. All are welcome!

THE GOSPEL OF JOHN
Pastor Dean is leading a study through the Gospel of John on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. (at the back of the auditorium). John’s gospel is foundational to our Christian faith and lives! Join us as we consider who Jesus is, what He did for us, why the world hates Him, and whether or not we truly believe in Him in a saving way.
THE MARK! (Youth Sunday School)
The Mark Sunday School class (for 7th-12th graders) meets every week at 9:45 a.m. in the youth room (located in the church office building). We continuing with an in-depth study on the book of John and will be diving into this gospel for the remainder of the year. MINI-INKS (COLLEGE/SINGLES GROUP)
IBC’s college students and singles fellowship (Mini-Inks, ages 18-25) meets Sunday evenings from 6-8 p.m. We enjoy fellowship from 6-7 p.m. and a study from 7-8 p.m. Questions? GENERATION SELFLESS (Youth Group)
The youth group meets Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8 p.m. This small group is geared toward students (grades 7th-12th). Please come and join us as we learn what it means to be a committed follower of Jesus Christ. PRAYING OUR PRODIGALS HOME
Does your heart break for a prodigal son or daughter? Join us for our monthly Prodigal Prayer Meeting following our worship service on Sept. 17.
YOUTH CONVOCATION DINNER
All youth (going into 7th-12th grade), 2017 grads, and parents: our “Youth Convocation Dinner” is this Thurs.at 6:30 p.m. in the Generation Selfless youth room (located in the office building). Please RSVP in the kitchen.
CHILDREN’S BIBLE CLUB
IBC’s Children’s Bible Club meets Thursday from 6:30—8:00 p.m. at the church during the school year. Join us IN THE FALL for crafts, games, and lessons from the Bible!

Men’s Bible Study meets Saturdays from 7-8:30 a.m. at the church.
MISSIONARY PRAYER MEETING AND MEAL
Join us for our monthly missionary prayer meeting following our worship service on the fourth Sunday of the month. Our next meeting will be next Sunday, August 27. Our missionaries serve in difficult places and need our prayers and support!
